CAN I USE THE LAND WHILE I AM PAYING FOR IT?

Yes, beginning on the day we receive your down payment, the land is yours to use and enjoy. You can improve the land, but may not log timber commercially without written permission from us until your land is paid in full.

MAY I BUILD ON OR IMPROVE THE LAND

You may build and improve any time after we receive your down payment. Depending on the zoning of the property you may need a building permit for a year around building.

DO I HAVE TO BUILD OR IMPROVE THE PROPERTY?

You can leave your land as it is and there is no obligation to use it. If you wish to build on your property, you may need to obtain a building permit unless it is located in an unorganized township.

CAN A NON-RESIDENT PURCHASE PROPERTY IN CANADA?

 A non-resident can purchase land in CANADA under the same conditions as Canadian residents.

WHAT IS A DEED/TITLE?

This is a legal document showing the legal description of the property and of who has legal ownership, you will receive your Deed/Title to the property upon final payment and transfer fee's.

CAN I PAY OFF THE PROPERTY AT ANY TIME?Can I pay off the property at any time?

By paying off the account balance early you will receive a discount of 10% off the outstanding principal balance.

CAN I SELL MY PROPERTY IN THE FUTURE?Can I sell my property in the future?

You can sell your land at any time and for any price.

CAN I HUNT IF I AM A NON-RESIDENT?

You should write in advance to the provincial Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR) to obtain a non-resident hunting  license and a current set of game regulations.

CAN NON-RESIDENTS APPLY FOR LARGE GAME TAGS?

Non residents may apply in the area hunting zone that their property is located for Large game tags. Special transporting permits need to be obtained from the local (MNR) offices nearest their hunt zone.

WHAT CAN WE DO IF WE START INVESTING IN A PROPERTY NOW, BUT MAY NOT HAVE THE CHANCE TO SEE IT?

We have an exchange privilege, which allows you, upon initial inspection of your property, within 2 years from date of purchase, to transfer your equity to any other parcel of land we offer of equal or greater value. This will insure your satisfaction.
